Workplace Support - Independent EAP provider

Columba College recognises that sometimes personal life issues can create stress which may be disruptive to your work and personal life. Columba College wishes to provide professional, confidential support so you can find solutions and strategies that will enable you to experience enhanced well-being in both your work and personal life.

We have contracted Workplace Support, an independent EAP provider for Employee Assistance Counselling. There is no cost to you personally for the first 3 sessions as they will be paid for by Columba College. Should further counselling be required this will be considered on an individual basis.
