The Parents' Association would like to thank our families for their immediate and generous support as we start the run up to the Fair on 28 March 2020.

At our meeting this month we allocated $72,000 towards key school projects to support our children across the campus from years 0-13. Of particular note, is the generous donation to our new all-weather turf of $60,000 and a 3D printer and laser cutter for the Technology department as well as an oscilloscope, spectrometer and the exciting fog machine for the Science and Drama departments.

Please consider what you can do to further support our annual fundraiser this year. To make this a success we need everyone to be part of our team!

Classy Clothing – This is a stall run by the Columba College Old Girls. We need help to stock this much sought after stall with beautiful items. Have a look in your wardrobe… we would love any clothes, handbags, scarves, shoes or jewellery that is in good condition. If possible please separate from any other donations and mark as headed to ‘Classy Clothing’. Everyone loves finding a bargain at this stall!

Sporting goods – The sports stall is a great place to find some fantastic gear. Help us to stock our stall by sending along any sporting equipment, clothing, footwear or sporting related items that your family has outgrown.

Treasures - The garage is ready to receive all and any unwanted treasures from around your home. We have a fantastic book stall, great pre loved clothing, best toys stall and our elegant junk is well sought after with huge queues awaiting these stands prior to the fair opening. Please make time to put aside any of these items and bring them along to the garage ready to help make this the best fair yet!

We welcome your donations every Wednesday 7-8pm and Sunday 3-4pm prior to the fair date. Please see map below for drop off location.

Silent Auction – Our diligent year 13 girls are busy preparing an amazing variety of prizes for us to bid upon at the Silent Auction. They would love support from our school community to make this the best Silent Auction yet! Think about what you might have to offer this special part of our fair. Do you have a holiday home you could offer for a weekend stay? Access to a special experience that isn’t easily available elsewhere? Firewood, gifts, wine, meat… all of these things are wonderful prizes and we would love you to help the Year 13’s and showcase what our school community has to share.

Donations – Some of us don’t have time or availability to help in a hands on manner. If you would like to show your support through making a cash donation we warmly welcome this. Everything at the fair is about the Columba students and providing the best experiences we can for our children.
