If you are planning a holiday, a letter or email outlining the dates of your child’s absence from school is required to be given to your child’s classroom teacher and to Mrs Hogg.  This information will be kept on your child’s file and used for reporting absences to the Ministry of Education. Such absences are considered ‘unjustified’ by the Ministry.
