In early August the Ariki Cup Cross Country event was held and 14 schools participated from Dunedin.

The Columba Year 7 & 8 team won their section and Catherine Lund (Y8) won the girls individual section.

Teams had to run 3.7kms around Kettle Park and the fastest four runners from each school were recorded. Our fastest four were: Catherine Lund, Caitlin Butson, Grace Darling and Ella Hou.

Catherine has won this event for the third year running – Year 6, Year 7 & Year 8.
