Orange Day Parade celebrates school road patrols

Administration —

Held by the New Zealand Police to thank the Year 7 and 8's that have been working the Kea Crossing.

Our hard working students who help with the Kea Crossing on Oban Street were involved in the annual Orange Day Parade today, Friday 22 November.  Approximately 900 students from schools all over Otago paraded down George Street and then were taken to Moana Pool where they spent the day having fun in the pool and enjoying a BBQ.

We would like to thank these girls for playing a vital role in improving safety around the school and community. Rain or shine this team make sure their peers are safe on their commute to and from school.

A big thank you also to Mrs McClure who accompanied the girls today.
