Columba College students performed outstandingly well in the recent NZ Secondary Schools Duathlon Champs which were held in Invercargill on August 18th.

Melanie Button (Year 7) continued her outstanding performances by winning the Under 12 Girls Individual section. Kayla Millar and Catherine Lund teamed up together to win their race - the Under 14 Girls Team competition.

Caitlin O'Brien gained a highly respectable 6th placing in the Under 16 Girls Individual race so special congratulations to her.

On August 29th we had our Columba College MultiSport photograph taken. Going by the large number of girls in that photograph, it is safe to say that this sport will produce many positive results for our school next year and beyond!
