Year 9 Columba student Frankie Macready was given a wonderful opportunity recently to train with the Southern Steel, and her experience was an absolute highlight for the season ahead.

After successfully winning this amazing prize at the Columba College Sports Council Golf tournament last year, Frankie Macready spent a training session with the Southern Steel recently, and the positive experience has made Frankie love the game of netball even more. What an incredible opportunity to spend some time with a group of athletes who are role models to so many young netball players!

The Columba College Sports Council is thrilled that Frankie was given this unique opportunity, and would like to extend a massive thank you to the Ascot Park Hotel Southern Steel for being so generous in offering this to Columba College. What a great way to reach out and connect with your netball community!
