The Board of Governors and Board of Trustees have been working together to produce a strategic plan for the College which will direct our next five years of development.

This positive next stage for our school is entitled Creating Our Own Future. The Boards have identified Six Pillars or future strategic directions:

Learning and Achievement; Teaching and Personnel; Well-being and Pastoral; Effective Stewardship; Community Connectedness; and Learning and Living Environment.

From these pillars with their accompanying objectives will fall Columba’s annual goals.

Part of the overall strategic plan is progressing the development of a new boarding village. Concept drawings have been completed. We are very excited about this but still need to ensure all aspects of due diligence for this development are complete before more detailed announcements are made.
