The New Zealand Senior Women’s Ice Hockey team - The Ice Fernz - left last week to go to Brasov in Romania for the World Championships.

Year 13 Columba student Hannah Cross is a member of that team. The team will be playing 1-7 April in the Championships. We wish her all the best for her time in Romania.

Columba students who are interested in playing Ice Hockey school competition can by joining the Ice Queens. The team is managed at Queens High School and has players from several schools including Columba. There may still be some spaces in the team. See the poster below if students just want to have a go or see Mrs Bishop Room 2 Hall Block for more information.
