Talented mountain bike rider, Saskia Learmonth, selected to represent New Zealand

Saskia Learmonth (Year 8) joined Columba at the start of Term 3 and is a very talented mountain bike rider.
On 16 September, Saskia won the Lindis Valley Rogaine Mountain Biking Orienteering Competition, competing in the Open Mixed Category. Saskia was the youngest competitor in the event.
Saskia was recently selected to represent New Zealand in mountain bike orienteering and will be competing in New South Wales next week in a New Zealand versus Australia competition.
At the end of the holidays, Saskia will represent Columba College in the South Island Mountain Biking Champs competing in Cross Country, Downhill and Super D.
