Team of Stars — After a 1 point loss on Sunday night (36-37) Columba Senior A Netball Team came out firing on Monday morning winning 49-31.

On Monday Columba hosted the annual inter-school between St Andrew's College, John McGlashan and ourselves.
This event has continued to grow every year. In 2017 there was two sports competing, 2018 we had four and this year a total of six. Badminton, hockey, basketball and football were won by STAC and Columba took out the netball and debating for an overall 4-2 scoreline in favour of the visitors.
A huge highlight on the sporting calendar, it gives our students the opportunity to play quality opposition, meet new friends and make memories that will last a lifetime. The sportsmanship and camaraderie shown was brilliant and the respect all participants demonstrated towards each other, coaches, officials and rivals, was a testament to the athletes that they are.
Thank you to those families who hosted a billet, without you these exchanges would not be possible and all the support is truly appreciated. Well done to all involved and we now look forward to traveling to Timaru for the QUAD Tournament early August.
