We’ve recently been made aware that a few parents have accidentally signed up for a paid version of ClassDojo. Please note that families do not need to pay for any subscription to access ClassDojo features used by our school.

To access ClassDojo correctly at no cost, simply:

1. Download the ClassDojo app or go to the ClassDojo website.

2. Select “Parent” when creating your account.

3. Use the unique class code or invite provided by your child’s teacher.

4. All the features we use—messaging, class stories, student portfolios—are free.

If you see any prompts to upgrade or subscribe, you can safely ignore them.
If you’re unsure whether you’re on the free version, please contact your classroom teacher—we’re happy to help.
