Alyssa from Room 6 proudly shared a letter she received from Prime Minister, Jacinda Ardern with Mr Harrison

Alyssa from Room 6 recently received a lovely letter from Prime Minister, Jacinda Ardern.

Alyssa loved sharing her letter with Mr Harrison and her class.

The letter reads-

Dear Alyssa,   

Thank you so much for the beautiful note you sent me.   I loved the paper and the envelope!

Most of the letters I receive are written on plain white paper and come in boring white envelopes (a bit like this letter to you, I'm afraid!)  so it was a real pleasure to get a pink letter with flamingos and flowers and brilliant drawings on it!

I've been very busy lately, so I don't think it will be possible for us to meet up at the moment, much as I would like love to.   But perhaps one day you could come and visit the Beehive, where I work - there are free guided tours every day!

Thanks again for taking the time to write to me, Alyssa, and for using some of your gorgeous stationery on me!   Please pass my best wishes on to your Mum for me, I very much appreciated her kind words of support and encouragement.
