On Thursday 12th October Rooms 1, 2, 3, 4, 15 and 16 invited grandparents to come along to share reading with our tamariki at the end of the day.

The Year 0/1 classes and teachers were very thankful for the wonderful turnout of grandparents, parents, and Year 6 students who came and read with our tamariki last Thursday to celebrate and promote reading. 

The children loved being read to and also being able to share their reading and other learning with those who attended. 

It was a lovely afternoon and we really enjoyed having whānau join us.
