This week we have had students involved with ‘Dance NZ Made’ Canterbury regionals hosted by Burnside High School.

Isla and Georgia competed solos and came away with the Year 5 and Year 6 regional Champion Dancer titles.

The Year 6 Hip Hop Cadets won the Primary Troupes section with a fierce and sassy hip hop routine choreographed by ex-Cotswold student Riley Tukaki.

The girls were also involved in commercial jazz and lyrical workshops and Isla was awarded a ‘golden ticket’ for her awesome dancing which qualifies her to compete for a scholarship later this year in New Plymouth.

Well done to the girls who represented Cotswold, we are very proud of your hard work and results!
