To ensure the safety and security of all our staff and students, if you are visiting Cotswold Mātāhae School during the school day, and will be entering classrooms or school buildings, we ask that you to sign in at the office when you arrive. Our friendly staff will assist you with the sign-in process and provide you with a lanyard to wear whilst on site.

Signing in at the School Office also allows us to keep track of any visitors on site in the event of an emergency.

The only exception is when parents/caregivers are attending school events like Assembly and Cross Country.

This is a standard protocol that helps us maintain a secure environment for our staff and students.

Collecting Students During the School Day

If you wish to collect your child during the school day please contact the office via phone or emailing office@cotswold.school.nz and our office staff will do their best to have your child waiting in the office when you arrive.

It only takes a few moments, but your cooperation goes a long way in reducing the interruptions to classes during the day.
