Cotswold is pleased to have been accepted into the PB4L programme. Andrew Simpson, Michelle Baskerville and Nathan Fortune have been appointed as leads for this programme. We are in the process of recruiting a team from across the school to assist. This programme looks at ways to strengthen the learning environment through a positive school climate and support for pupils and staff. It is research and system based and has been used with great success at numerous NZ schools. The process is continually developed and improved over a number of years. The first phase of gathering data for a baseline is currently underway.
