2020 has certainly been an eventful year with lots of uncertainty and disruption to many households.

During the first lockdown in March 2020, we started two competitions to keep our followers on social media engaged.

The first competition involved our supporters showing us how they were entertaining themselves during lockdown by sharing a picture with us.  Zuru Toys very kindly donated some prizes for our winners.

We had lots of fabulous pictures including pets, planes, puddle splashing, baking and walks in nature.  In the end Zuru Toys picked our winners, Rachael Lyons family and Amberley Harding's family.

Our second competition was to design a new Camp Purple Live hoodie for our 2021 camp.  This was the idea of our Junior Ambassador, Nicole Thornton.  The criteria was that it must have the Camp Purple logo incorporated into the design.  

We had some very colourful and unique designs submitted.  We posted all the designs on our Facebook page and asked everyone to vote on their favourite by clicking the like button on the design they liked the most.

The votes were tallied and Erin Berg, one of our campers, won the design challenge.  Again Zuru Toys stepped up to provide Erin with some treats for such a fabulous design.

The final design has been printed and we can't wait to see our campers and volunteers wearing these in January 2021.
