Exciting News: Winner of the Nurses Travel Award!

We are thrilled to announce the recipient of the 2023 Nurses Travel Award! This is a $5000 award to attend an International Conference, where the focus is on best treatment, research, and advances in Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD).
Selecting a winner this year was no easy task. The announcement took place at the Annual Scientific Meeting of the NZ Society of Gastroenterology in Rotorua, where the theme of the evening was centred around heroes and villains.
Congratulations to Carissa Jackson, IBD Nurse from Wellington Hospital.
Carissa will be attending the Digestive Disease Week (DDW) Conference in Washington DC, USA, scheduled from May 18th to 21st, 2024.
