We are excited to share insights from a recent study that many of you may have participated in, contributing valuable perspectives that have shaped the outcome of this research.
Crohn’s Colitis Care is an adult inflammatory bowel disease eHealth system that required additional information so that it could be adapted for use by paediatric patients.
A total of 189 participants, including 38 clinicians, 32 children with inflammatory bowel disease, and 119 parents, engaged in the process. There was overwhelming agreement across all groups to incorporate resources related to quality of life, mental health, self-management, and transitioning from paediatric to adult medicine.
