They help to provide children with the knowledge to make informed choices about their health, respect for others and to appreciate their uniqueness.
The programme helps children: develop life skills; make healthy choices; gain knowledge about their health and bodies; develop a sense of self esteem and a positive understanding of themselves; develop strategies for relating to others.
Thanks from Harold and Pip:
We hope your fabulous children enjoyed their visit to the Life Education Trust Classroom.
Did you know:
The Life Education Trust is a charity that provides children with the knowledge to make informed choices about their health, respect for others and to appreciate their uniqueness.
We reach 245,000 primary and intermediate children (nationally), every year.
The Heartland Otago/Southland Trust works hard to keep the costs for schools down to $3 per child. The remaining cost, about $17 per child, is funded by the trust via local/national sponsorship, community organisations/trusts and our Harold Club sponsors.
