Year 10 Camp

Year 10 Camp was an exciting and fun-filled adventure at Glendhu Bay.

It was an opportunity for personal growth, teamwork, and the development of important life skills.

The students showed resilience setting up their tents in the rain and completing the hike on day 2. There was plenty of opportunity for everyone to show off their creative side in the synchronised swimming and newspaper fashion show. The glorious sunshine allowed for many hours of boating and swimming. Late night games of spotlight, cooking meals and the auction on the final night will be discussed at school for many weeks to come.

The highlight for staff was watching the students mix together positively and lend others a helping hand without being asked. Our Year 13 Leaders did a fantastic job in encouraging students to demonstrate our school KAWA of respect, courage and personal excellence.

A huge thank you to Webb's Fruit for the delicious nectarines they donated for camp and to Sanga's Pies for the delicious pie offered to every student following the hike.

Lastly, The camp would not be the same without the support of the amazing parents who gave up their time to bring their boat or to join us on camp for other activities.
