We have an exciting opportunity commencing in Term 1 2025 here at Cromwell Primary School!

Kennedy School of Music are a highly sought-after music studio located in the city centre of Invercargill and are well known for their professional and fun approach to music lessons. 

We are happy to announce that they are looking at partnering with Cromwell Primary School to provide the opportunity for our students to take music lessons on-site, during term times (We do need a minimum number to go ahead). So now it’s that much easier for your child to learn to play their favourite instrument - they simply take a lesson during the school day on the school grounds. KSOM are looking at offering the following instruments:

Guitar | Ukulele | Percussion/Drums | Keyboard | Voice | The First Beat

Lessons are $35/per student per week for group lessons and 1:1 lessons may become available also, and are invoiced monthly. Fees are invoiced by KSOM directly to you and payable on receipt of invoice (please do not pay into the school account).

Lessons are offered in 30-minute time slots one day per week (to be confirmed)  Each group remains small at a maximum of 6 students and lessons are conducted in a fun and engaging environment. 

Kennedy School of Music maintains a passionate team of qualified tutors and are really looking forward to sending one of their senior multi-instrumentalist tutors to work alongside Goldfields Primary School to bring musical tuition to our students.
