Thank you, thank you, thank you!  Thank you to everyone who helped support our hall opening on Friday, making it a huge success.  It was absolutely heart warming to see so many whānau members come along to witness this special occasion, 10 years in the making!  I'd like to acknowledge Mayor Tim Cadogan and Paul Tamati for blessing our hall, our friends from CELCI and our whānau members who attended this event.  SoKs, once again were superb in helping to manage both the afternoon and evening events. 

The Kapa Haka, Choir and Rock Band performances were once again fantastic, thank you to Amber and Ms Claire for your commitment to our Kapa Haka group, Ms Rachel and Pete for all the work that has gone into the Choir and Rock Band.  I cannot wait to see how this new facility can help build on the amazing work you all do. 

This is going to be an absolute game changer for our kura, I am very excited to see what amazing learning outcomes can be produced utilising this new facility over the coming years.
