The mud wall is underway!

The mud wall is finally underway with the help from Lucy Francke our local EnviroSchools coordinator, and many keen helpers.  This is an exciting project that began with a group of students attending an Enviro workshop in Term 1 on 'Building with Natural Materials'.  This is a great chance for children to get messy as they explore the building properties of clay, straw, sand and water mixed to make a textured mud perfect for building.  Each Friday a group of students will be involved in adding to the growing wall.
