Junior School Swimming Gala
It was lovely to see so many supporters at the Junior School Swimming Gala. The tamariki really appreciated your encouragement, and enjoyed showing off their swimming skills.
Room 5 Inquiry - Māui and the Sun
In Room 5, we’ve been exploring the story of Māui and the Sun. Tamariki have learned about Māui’s bravery and cleverness in slowing the Sun to give people more daylight. We’ve discussed themes of challenge, perseverance, and teamwork. The class has engaged in storytelling, art, and discussion around the myth.
Room 4 Inquiry - Belonging Builds Brilliance
In Room 4, we’ve been exploring belonging through the story The Dot. Our class has worked on a collaborative art piece, learning that every individual’s contribution matters. This process has helped them understand that brilliance comes in many forms and that supporting each other is key to belonging.
Feel welcomed to come see our wonderful artwork in class!
