Kia Ora Room 1 parents

It has been a busy busy week here in Room 1. We have begun our novel studies in class, deconstructing our various novels and beginning work on a number of tasks. The class know that any unfinished work can be completed for homework.

Room 1 delivered their speeches yesterday, plenty of hard work and practice went into these and everyone should be very proud of their efforts. 

Eight girls from our class are competing in the Canterbury netball championships tomorrow (Thursday) in Christchurch. We are sure they will give it their all and do our school proud!
