Week 10 is here, and as the cooler days start to creep in, the end of the term is quickly approaching. Term 1 has flown by, and it’s been such a pleasure getting to know all the students in Room 2. A big thank you to all the families for welcoming me to Cust School and being incredibly kind - it's truly an amazing

community.

I’m already seeing great progress in all the students, and it's exciting to watch them grow! This week, Room 2 has been tackling some tricky math, diving into complex subtraction and challenging times tables, but they’re all doing an amazing job! In writing, we've continued working on our narratives, and in

reading, students have been doing great at identifying key information in texts. We’ve also started some fantastic "belonging" work that helps us explore who we are and what makes us unique.
