Cust School uses SchoolDocs to review and update our policies and procedures.

This term we are reviewing the first section of the Health, Safety, and Welfare Policy section. For more information about this term’s review, go to the Current Review tab at the top of your SchoolDocs site. A summary is provided below.

Who reviews our policies and procedures?

• All reviews are open to board members, staff, students, and the school community (parents/caregivers/whānau).

• Anyone can review any policy/procedure that has a review button.

The board is responsible for board-level overarching policies. The topics which the board should review are noted below. Note that other reviewers can review these topics too; they're not exclusively for the board. See Board Responsibility.

To start reviewing, follow the review process below. Note: if you'd like to provide feedback on a topic that's not listed below, you can still do so if it has a review button.

Review process

Please follow the following process below if you wish to access or review our Policies or Procedures for this term.

1. Visit the website https://cust.schooldocs.co.nz/1893.htm

2. Enter the username (cust) and password (piko).

3. Follow the link to the relevant policy as listed. If a link is inactive, your school doesn't have the topic.

4. Read the policy.

5. Click the Start your review button at the top right-hand corner of the page.

6. Select the reviewer type.

7. Enter your name (optional).

8. Follow the prompts to show that you've read the topic and enter your feedback if you'd like to comment.

9. Agree to the privacy statement and click “Submit review”.
