PTA Update

NEXT PTA MEETING: 7.30PM TUESDAY 12TH MARCH AT THE DARFIELD HOTEL
All parents/caregivers are welcome to attend our monthly meetings. Please come along for a relaxed evening and join us to discuss fundraisers/events & ways we can help our School be an even better place for our kids. This month’s meeting is at the Darfield Hotel.

HOT CROSS BUNS FUNDRAISER - THANK YOU!
A huge thank you to all who bought and sold Hot Cross Buns. As of 6th March, we have sold a total of 1,223 packs, with $1,345.00 raised for the New School Playground Fund, with a few last minute orders & payments still to come. Collection will take place on approx Tuesday 27th March/Wednesday 28th March and we will advise via the Parent App & Facebook once we have confirmed details.

PTA GOLF FUNDRAISER - SUNDAY 7 APRIL 2024
Registrations are still OPEN & filling up fast for the PTA Golf Fundraiser at Hororata Golf Club, Glentunnel. Check out the Poster in this newsletter or send us an email at darfieldprimarypta@gmail.com for more information!

SECONDHAND UNIFORM SHOP - PTA ROOM, OFF THE SCHOOL HALL
The Secondhand Uniform Shop is permanently set up at the end of the main corridor off the School Hall (follow the signs). Please check out our open times below, or get in touch if you wish to view at another time convenient to you.
We have heaps of stock to clear, most items are just $2-$5 each, School T-shirts $15 & individually priced Winter Jackets. All sales go directly to the PTA, to go towards new opportunities for our children and our School.

PARENT HELP ROSTER:
We know not everyone can make a monthly meeting or be part of the PTA committee, but many still want to do something to help.

PTA BOX IN THE OFFICE:
For those who aren’t aware, there is a small PTA Box on the right hand side of the desk in the School Office used for the returning of Fundraising/PTA related forms.
