Science is fun!

Yvonne Neville —

Mitchell discovers how air creates a vacuum for water in a container.

“It was really good fun because it’s science!” Said Mitchell

I learned how air can create bubbles in water and a vacuum.

On a scale of 1 to 10, before the test information I knew was 2, now I know 8.

How can we tip half a glass of water upside down before the water falls out?

First put cardboard on top of the glass

We put a net with a rubber band over the top of the glass.

Then put cardboard over the top.

Next we turned it over and the bubbles made the water stay in the jar. The air was stuck inside the jar and made bubbles. A vacuum.
