A reminder that school will be closed on Thursday 6th February (Waitangi Day) and also on Friday 7th February for a Teacher Only Day.

In 2025, we will have four teacher only days (2 MoE maths days and 2 DPS days). The BOT has selected 7th February as the first of these days. We will ensure that we are open the required number of days in 2025. As you will be aware, there are many changes to the curriculum and our teachers are undertaking professional development on these days. In the last week of the holidays, we had three TODs, including two full days on Structured Literacy. As always, we are committed to delivering a quality programme for all our students.
