I.C.T. News
Debbie Thompson - July 24, 2018
Ever wondered how the students at Devonport Primary use I.C.T. ? Well now is your opportunity to come and see how our amazing students utilise their devices as part of their learning. Devonport Primary is having an open session on Wednesday the 29 August from 9:15 - 10:15. Parents/ caregivers are welcome to come along to see the school, and in particular our use of ICT, in action. This will take the format of a normal working day and parents are invited to visit any, or all, of the classrooms.
Early this Term a survey will be coming out to parents to gather information around I.C.T. We would like to know more about what parents want for their children, and also how you would like to receive information from the school.
Later this Term we will also be holding I.C.T. information sessions. These sessions are particularly aimed at the Year Three parents with children moving into Year Four next year, but are open to any parent wanting to attend. These sessions will be informed from the information collected in the above mentioned survey. This is so we can accurately address any issues that parents have. Dates and times for these sessions will be shared in upcoming newsletters.
