Kia ora Diamond Harbour community, 

My name is Leah and I am pleased to join the staff at Diamond Harbour School as a relief teacher. I have recently moved to Lyttelton from Boulder, Colorado, USA where I completed my teacher training and a Master's degree in Education. I am passionate about supporting students with exceptional needs, encouraging students to connect with nature, and understanding the connection between social-emotional development and academic success. Outside of the classroom, I love to tramp, putz in the garden and experiment with fermentation.
