On Thursday 1st April our school will be celebrating the different cultures in our community by holding a Cultural Day. We invite students and staff to wear something that expresses their culture/s on this special day.

Judd, Holly and Stella, our Cultural Leaders, are still looking for willing volunteers to run workshops throughout the day or for part of the day which will teach others about your home country/culture. Some ideas for these workshops could be:

*learning some simple phrases if your culture has a language other than English

*teaching a short song in that language

*an easy craft

*something to eat/make to eat ( this can be cooked later if need be)

*a collaborative artwork

*learning a dance
