Did you know, citric acid acts as a preservative and brings out a delicious tang in elderflower cordial?

In the senior school we have been making the most of the huge amount of elderflowers currently around and have been making bottles of elderflower cordial.

As it is so delicious we have decided to sell it to share the happiness and raise funds for the school at the same time.

You can order a 1 litre bottle of cordial for $10.  This will make at least 5-6 litres of delicious, refreshing drink.
