Hi I’m Jasmin and I’m a second year Nutrition student at Ara (CPIT). I am helping out with the Garden to Table Organisation as part of my work placement hours. I am really excited to be working alongside Maria and Lisa helping educate the Diamond Harbour students about growing, cooking and eating from the garden to table and everything else in between.

My philosophy is: eating whole nutritious foods and real food. Making things from scratch is good as you know exactly what’s going into it. In the future, after I complete my degree I would like to continue my studies at teachers college and potentially become a food/health teacher.
