School Redevelopment Update

Awaiting information from the Ministry of Education as to WHEN we will get to meet the Architect they have selected for our school redevelopment.
Once this happens we will get to discuss the Master planning and hopefully see some of their ideas which they would have interpreted from the Design and Education brief for our school.
Watch this space, we will continue to keep you posted on progress (or no progress) and of course will get to share the ideas with you all (once we have them) and get your feedback.

Playground Update:

There will be some maintenance undertaken for our playground over the next month or so. The equipment has been recycled and after it was re-installed some maintenance had not been completed. Some of the decking timbers will be replaced and other items re-adjusted. Please if you see tape over this area, do not enter. It is there for safety reasons. The slide will also need to be repaired and we hope this will be removed for only a short period of time and during the holidays. The cracks in the concrete wall will also be filled in.

Traverse Wall

The wall is about to get more colourful! We have a box of climbing holds and will soon be drilling holes in our concrete wall to attach them! Before we do this we are looking for volunteers. If you have a concrete drill and a 12mm drill bit to help drill, please contact the office if you can help.
