NZ Opera: Carmen

Fiona Rice —

Would your child like to attend the dress rehearsal of NZ opera's latest production, Bizet's Carmen? Read on to find out about an opportunity which is not to be missed.

Dress Rehearsal Schools Invitation!

Tuesday 11th July  6.30pm

Isaac Theatre Royal, Christchurch

At each dress rehearsal we open our doors to give school groups the opportunity to experience first-hand the magic of opera for the special price of just $10.00* (conditions apply). This is a great opportunity for not only those who love and appreciate opera, but also those who have never seen this exciting art form live before, to come along and join us.

As this event takes place in the next school holidays, children would need to make their own way to the Theatre Royal.  We can only admit 1 adult per 10 students, so there are limited spaces available for adults at a discounted price.  Please be advised that this opera contains mature themes. We have been told it will be fine for year 7 and 8, but if your child is younger, you may need to take this into consideration.

If you would like your child to attend, please let Fiona Rice know by Monday 19th June at the latest. Ticket orders will be going in next week.
