When faced with an action plan it can be quite daunting to know where to start. And even when you focus on just one action there can be so much jargon and conflicting information out there it can be difficult to decide which product is actually right for your unique business.

We now offer individual mentoring to help you achieve your action plan.  We work with you to understand your needs, provide you with impartial advice and support, to help you make the right decisions for your business.

Digital Enablement Training Course

This is a facilitated workshop and a great way to gain the knowledge you need to implement your action plan.  Together a group of between 8 and 12 participants share experiences on how they use digital technology and look at new ways to change current business practices through the use of online services and technology. 

The programme covers new digital innovations that may impact or be of interest to your business, as well as digital services you can use today like; cloud computing, online tools, social media and apps.  The programme is jam-packed with videos, examples of businesses making the changes and it includes a video case study. 

The course has been endorsed by the Ministry of Business Innovation and through regional business partners it may be possible to have 50% of the course costs covered. 

It’s a full day programme at a cost of $300 per delegate.  We’re trying our best to keep the costs down so as many businesses can participate.
