We have given you the option this year of competing your statistical returns on-line (see link above). You may like to gather this on a paper copy (which is being sent to all faith communities) or print out and complete the forms below to send back to us.

Below are attached Word and .pdf electronic versions of:

• The memo posted out to Parishes-Churches and Diocesan Organisations.

• The Parishes (and Local Churches) Members of Governing Bodies (2026) annual return form. Please note: this return records officers elected at your 2026 AGM. One person per faith community can also complete this form electronically (please give us one form per person!): Diocese of Dunedin: Members of Governing Bodies (2026) – Fill out form

• Statistical Return form that covers January 2025 - December 2025. This includes an Employee and Volunteers Annual Return for this time period. You can also complete this form electronically.

• The Diocesan Organisation Annual returns for 2025 and memo.
