Advent – Come, Lord Jesus

Anticipation…. the church and scripture teem with anticipation, and Advent is the season to revel in it!

We await the coming of Jesus, we await the fulfillment of his Kingdom, we wait for justice, mercy and reconciliation to be stamped permanently on our life with God and each other.

Things to get excited over, and opportunities to start working on now.

As we wait – and then celebrate - may we know the reality of Jesus Christ, born in us again.

With my love and prayers for a happy Christmas and a peaceful 2020.
