- Friday 12 January: Memo re AGMs and Annual Returns
- Friday 31 May: Memo to Synod Reps, Request for reports memo
- Thursday 18 July: Synod Reports Due
- Thursday 25 July: Last day for Bills
- Thursday 1 August: Bills submitted to Statutes and Standing Orders Committee (SSO)
- Thursday 15 August: Bills (and Motions) back from SSO Committee; Requests for printing deadline
- Friday 16 August: Print Synod Books
- Friday 23 August: Post Synod books (to receive by 31 August)
- Friday 30 August: Synod book “on-line”; Deadline for further notices, motions, petitions, questions; Last day for notification of any alternates

The Synod Book (Synod paperwork).
The Synod book for 2024 will be published on Friday 16 August and posted on Friday 23 August. You can read the different parts of this by clicking on the following links after Friday 30 August. Hard copies of this paperwork will be posted to those who have requested this previously - for others, please let us know by Friday 9 August 2024 if you would like this printed for you (contact Andrew Metcalfe telephone 03 488 0821)

How Long Will Synod Last?
We are not anticipating that Synod business will last beyond Saturday 14 September, but will have flexibility to use Sunday 15 December for any further Conference sessions. We encourage anyone from out of town to stay on Saturday night if you are able. There will be an opportunity to meet for a casual meal on the Saturday night and for a breakfast before an 8 am Eucharist on the Sunday (details to be confirmed).

Attendance - Leave of Absence
All Synod reps are expected to attend this session of Synod. If you are unexpectedly unable to attend, email the Bishop via his Executive Assistant, Nicola Wong with Request Synod Leave of Absence in the subject line, or phone 03 488 0826.
