The Diocesan office has had a few queries recently about the ins and outs associated with music copyright - printing music and words for Sunday services, or displaying them via data projectors.

We would like to find out your experience of this, and help put together some guidance for parishes who may be currently looking at this. There may even be the opportunity to do something collectively that could bring your costs down for this. We have heard recently of a church in New Zealand who faced a significant fine for breaching music copyright... and don't want to see others in a similar position.
