Fiona Gray started with us on Monday 14 June with our Acting Accountant Paul Pedofski currently handing over to her. There is a backlog of things that need to be attended to - please be patient with us.

If you have emailed us recently using accountant@calledsouth.org.nz, we may not have been able to respond to every query. Please contact us again if there is anything you have not heard back about and still needs to be dealt with. As you can imagine, there is quite a bit to catch up on and we are trying to make sure Fiona doesn't get too swamped. We are prioritising what needs to be sorted, including what we need for Synod in September.

A reminder that Fiona comes to us from a senior accounting role at Findex New Zealand, and prior to this one of her roles was Office Manager at the Otago Chamber of Commerce for a number of years. Fiona not only is used to what's required as an accountant, but to working in smaller organisations where challenges and tasks can vary from day to day and a few different hats are required. Alongside her experience in the corporate world, Fiona has been involved in supporting a variety of not-for-profit oganisations as treasurer or an auditor.
