If you are a non-stipendiary (non-clergy) worker in a Parish we have developed a template to help you review what you have been doing in your job and help plan your future development. The above template has instructions about what to do and turns into a useful document that celebrates all the good work you do well as identifying future areas for growth and development. If you have not been through a process like this before and are not sure what it entails, please contact Andrew Metcalfe who can explain it all more and give some advice.
