Poems for Liu Xia
Amnesty International are hosting an event this Thursday in the Dunedin Public Library
Poets Alan Roddick, Carolyn McCurdie, David Howard, Heather Bauchop, Majella Cullinane, Jonathan Cweorth, Kirstie McKinnon, Diane Brown, and Emer Lyons unite in solidarity to highlight the plight of Chinese writer and artist Liu Xia, who lives under severe restrictions in China and is suffering ill-health, exacerbated by her limited freedom.
