The Diocesan Registrar Andrew Metcalfe is joining a teleconference with Andrew Coleman, chief executive of Heritage New Zealand Pouhere Taonga on 13th August.

This is the result of an initial meeting with the InterChurch Bureau (ICB) . Andrew Coleman offered to meet with a smaller sub group  from other religious organisations who were experiencing difficulties with heritage properties. The ICB has decided to establish a subgroup comprising those members with a considerable number of historic properties, which essentially meant the Anglicans, Catholics, Methodists and Presbyterians.
