Caring Families is looking for suitable space as a base for their Regional Coordinator.....

We are a charity that supports caregivers who look after children not born to them, to provide safe and secure homes throughout Aotearoa

We have a Regional Coordinator who will look after the Southland/Dunedin region and we are trying to find an office for her in this region.

Ideally the space we need is:

  • Lockable office space big enough for one person to work in with some space for bookcases/easy chair/desk/cabinet etc.
  • No smaller than 15m - 20m2 - preferably on ground floor or if on another floor it must have a lift.
  • Parking for our staff member if possible, along with nearby parking for visitors. (I understand this may not be possible with the Dunedin CBD area).
  • Not an internal office, needs natural light.
  • Internet requirements are Fibre optic broadband or Wireless or Wi-Fi Broadband. Upload/Down load speed ideally be more than 100mb per second.
  • With Kitchen/Toilet area available within building.
  • Earthquake strengthen up to code (69% or above)
  • We will be looking for a long term lease with a monthly rent which is within our budget. Happy to negotiate. The rent to include all consumables.
