St Hilda's Collegiate School 125th Anniversary

Andrew Metcalfe —

St Hilda's Collegiate School is turning 125 this year. It is celebrating this milestone with Old Girls, families, staff and supporters from Friday 19 March to Sunday 21 March.

The 125th is a wonderful opportunity for our St Hilda's community to come together and celebrate this special milestone in the history of our school.

The weekend will begin at 4pm on Friday, March 19th, 2021, with registration and a cocktail function at the school. On Saturday, March 20th, there will be a schedule of activities taking place at St Hilda's including school tours, decade group photos, a morning tea for all former staff and Board members, film screenings, exhibitions, performances and a Gala Lunch at the Glenroy Auditorium at the Dunedin Town Hall.

On Saturday evening, there will be a '125 Years of Inspiring St Hilda's Women' event in the Arts Building at St Hilda's, where a panel of influential St Hilda's Old Girls will talk about their career and life journeys since leaving St Hilda's.

On Sunday, March 21st, there will be a Chapel service and morning tea at the school, and then a lunch and tours at Tolcarne. There will also be merchandise available to purchase throughout the weekend, including a limited number of the St Hilda's Rose especially grown for this 125th celebration.
